From the anime films Evangelion: New Theatrical Edition, threezero is excited to present the next collectible figure ROBO-DOU Evangelion Production Model-03!! This non-scale articulated figure stands approximately 25cm (9.8) tall with a remarkable die-cast main frame that provides 48 points of articulation. The figure is constructed of ABS, PVC, POM, and zinc alloy. threezeros renown paint application techniques are utilized to highlight all the details.
The ROBO-DOU Evangelion Production Model-03 action figure includes many interactive features to increase playability. To replicate the form when Production Model-03 was infected by the 9th Angel, the figure includes a pair of extended arms to replace the standard arms, and infected arms to replace the shoulder restraints. The Entry Plug hatch on the back of the figure can be opened to reveal the Entry Plug inside, and includes two Entry Plug accessories to attach; a short Entry Plug for inserted mode, and a long Entry Plug for extracted mode. In addition, the figure includes a destroyed Entry Plug and an infection effect piece which can be combined with the long Entry Plug. The destroyed Entry Plug can also be combined with ROBO-DOU Evangelion Test Type-01 [3Z0103] (sold separately), to replicate the scene where the Entry Plug is crushed by the jaws of Evangelion Test Type-01. The figure also includes an Umbilical Cable which can be attached to the socket at the back of the figure, a variety of interchangeable hands in different poses, and a ROBO-DOU action stand.

About ROBO-DOU:
In 2019, threezero has launched a new robot toy series “ROBO-DOU,” which will primarily be based on mecha from Japanese anime properties. The series will focus on smaller-sized figures with lower price points. By partially utilizing die-cast zinc alloy, it not only realizes a high range of articulation, but also provides satisfying weight and tactile value when held in your hands. Adding to this the fine paint application work that threezero is known for, the “ROBO-DOU” series will be redefining robot and mecha action figures!
