How about planting a botanical garden? As an aristocrat in the late 19th century acquire land, hire a gardener and set out to find the best plants there are. As you know, the visitors are pretty picky as of what plants they want to see, so your task is not only to get them, but also sort the plants based on the visitors demands. In Botanicus, you compete about the best action-spots in a unique selection mechanism, to then make the most use of the options there are. You must gather new plants, which come in seeds, sprouts, grown ones and finally in full blossom. But you also have to take care and water them, as well as keep an eye on the gardener.
